Technician

Maple Grove Villas is seeking a full time experienced Maintenance Technician.

Qualified applicant must have experience electrical, heating and cooling, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, appliance repairs as well as knowledge of the apartment turnover process and requirements. This position REQUIRES HVAC Certification, and after hours on call every other week. Certified Pool Operator is also plus.
