- Provides direct supervision to department staff, works independently but collaborates with divisional RN leadership on relevant clinical issues.
- Recruit and retain talented staff and ensure proper training, resource allocation and develop standards to monitor and evaluate staff performance.
- Responsible to implement and maintain clinical and business policies and procedures.
- Ensures customer satisfaction within the clinic sites by coordinating the resolution of patient issues.
- Responsible to ensure accurate charges are entered in IDX.
- Responsible for facility planning and overall facility maintenance.
- Develop and produce monthly Key Indicator Reports relating to patient access and financial goals and objectives.
- Develop and run monthly Key Indicator Reports and Key Performance indicators.
- Contribute to the development of short and long term business planning.
- Oversight of clinical and business compliance.
- Working collaboratively with Facilities: responsible for space renovations, building moves and ongoing facility maintenance.
- Responsible for safety functions in clinics. Attend safety meetings. Provide input for change to meet safety regulations. Ensure completion of safety training for new employees.
