Randstad National Recruiting is seeking 9 Customer Service Representatives to work for a large healthcare company in Wausau, WI. These positions are strictly temporary lasting approximately 7 months.

Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Wausau, WI

Start Date: November 2009

End Date: June 30, 2010

Hours: M- F, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Details:

Contractors will answer member calls in a professional and courteous manner, follow up if necessary in a timely manner, accurately process claims according to documented procedures, respond to member inquiries via e-mail, and obtain accurate information using multiple resources.

Candidates will be required to work with LIMITED TIME OFF with the exception of the holidays.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F

Requirements REQUIREMENTS:

HS Diploma or Equivalent

2 years of previous customer service experience

Strong verbal communications skills are required

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST
