Position Description: Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.
Primary Responsibilities: - Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit

Requirements
Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required; Associates or BS/BA degree preferred
- 5+ years with Supervisor/Management experience required, including coaching and mentoring
- 5+ years call center customer service experience
- Human Resource policies and procedures
- PC skills (e.g., Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Medical doctor office, facility experience preferred
- Medical insurance experience preferred
- Experience leading personnel toward the attainment of exceptional performance results
- Strong communication/documentation skill required
- Knowledge of Call Center systems such as CMS and IEX preferred
- Basic knowledge and experience in finance (budgeting) and cost accounting desired, but not required
- Strong leadership skills highly preferred
