Electronics Technician Responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing circuit board assemblies. Applicant must have a basic knowledge of electronic theory and practice and must have an Associates degree or equivalent to be qualified for the position. Knowledge of soldering, rework, and component level troubleshooting is required. Applicant must be detail and quality-oriented and have good hand-eye coordination. Swing Shift, Mon-Thur (3:00 pm - 1:00 am) Production Supervisors Organizes and directs the work of non-exempt production personnel to include machine operation, hand soldering and mechanical assembly. This position is responsible for achieving or exceeding desired product quality, safety and productivity standards and will directly supervise 10-25 team members. Production Supervisors are responsible for the selection, training and development of their respective employees and the enforcement of company policies. Qualified candidates should possess previous manufacturing supervisory experience, be capable of improving factory operations via lean manufacturing or by performing time study and methods analysis, and have the ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization.
