The Diabetes Clinical Educator will enroll the providers in this program. Requirements Successful candidate will possess:

CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator) REQUIRED

Baccalaureate degree required

Must travel between Long Island and all 5 NYC boroughs

Excellent written and oral skills

Excellent presentation skills

Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently preferred. 

Any additional languages a plus.
