Analyze HR operational and financial data and report results as a member of a highly visible business intelligence team. Responsibilities include:

Develop detailed internal financial and operational HR reports for Clearwire’s executive team and the HR management group

Work with HR departmental data owners to collect and consolidate key metrics. Proactively communicate production schedules and deadlines to data owners.

Analyze and validate key financial data and statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow)

Develop and maintain reports in a variety of report writing systems including Cognos Report Writer and Oracle reporting tools

Develop and maintain Excel and Access reporting solutions.

Recommend and implement structural and process oriented improvements to planning and reporting.

Manage weekly and monthly report production schedules

Other ad-hoc projects as requiredRequirements:

3-5 yrs years experience in a fast paced Finance/Accounting or HR reporting environment a must, telecommunications background a plus

BS in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance or HR.

Advanced Excel skills including conditional formatting, lookups, pivot tables and charting a must.

Strong report writing skills a must. Oracle and Cognos a plus.

Strong SQL query writing skills a plus.

Detail and deadline oriented. Capable of managing multiple tasks while taking ownership of issues.
