General
LAND RECORDS ANALYST
for
Red Willow Production Company, a business enterprise of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe Growth Fund. Responsibilities include obtaining and maintaining orderly and accurate land records for all Red Willow interest properties, including leases, joint operating agreements, divisions of interest, and title opinions; and, maintaining lease records database.
Minimum qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent; three years experience working with land and/or legal documents in an oil and gas environment with exposure to the maintenance and processing of lease obligations; a basic understanding of general legal terminology and concepts relevant to land title work; and, advanced computer skills. Must have a valid driver's license for state of residency and be insurable under the Red Willow vehicle insurance policy. Preference is given to qualified Southern Ute Tribal members and other Native Americans.
