Essential Functions

Position is responsible for Warehouse duties and Inside Sales
- Friendly customer service
- Load and strap trucks with outgoing material
- Load will call customers
- Unload incoming inventory
- Keep warehouse neat & organized
- Communicate inventory with purchaser
- Ship out material on freight lines
- Make product deliveries
- Vehicle/equipment maintenance
- Follow safety procedures for equipment, vehicle & staff
- Daily sales/incoming inventory forms
- Receipt of Goods

- Work with walk-in customers
- Field incoming city desk calls
- Create and follow up on job quotes
- Work with existing customer base to increase market share
- Develop and increase sales of entire product line
- Acquire new customer base
- Quote and track jobs, give technical information and provide product submittals

- Gain product knowledge of entire scope of product lines
- Stay current with industry trends and market information

Requirements Requirements Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- 2+ years of sales experience. Distribution sales is a plus.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Work hours 7am – 5pm M-F

- Independent and strong work ethic

- Ability to prioritize several tasks and projects

- Specific interior finish construction industry and product knowledge is beneficial, but not a prerequisite.
