You would be: Providing employee assistance services, resource and referrals and consultation via telephone in a call center environment on various EAP and work/life issues to military service members and their families who are experiencing personal and other problems.
- Conduct a comprehensive professional assessment of the user's need for core Worklife and / or EAP services. These service options can include: childcare, parenting, eldercare, education, general research, legal, financial, emotional well being, addiction disorders, work issues, and add-on services.
Choose appropriate resources, referrals and educational materials.
Demonstrate strong customer focus with all users of the service.
Monitor all research, referrals, and additional materials sent to users.
Conduct follow up and quality assurance on all cases.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures associated with servicing the military. Military experience preferred, military knowledge REQUIRED.

In addition:
A master’s degree in a related discipline, such as education, social work, counseling psychology or gerontology.
Three + years post Masters of clinical experience preferable in the EAP setting.
LSW, LCSW, MSW and LPC highly preferred
Knowledge and experience in core service areas of child development, parenting, adoption, education and services for older adults.
Knowledge of mandated procedures for child and elder abuse situations.
Ability and interest to learn new areas of product portfolio and add-on products.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player.
Good customer service, business and technical skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high change environment.
Creative and flexible.Preferred Qualifications: - Prior EAP experience with Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) certificate - Experience in counseling in areas of Elder Care and/or Disability. - Diverse experience in counseling social work or mental health services. EAP and substance abuse experience preferred. - Excellent customer service business and technical skills.
