Be in charge of one of our special units - Alzheimer's, Apartments, or Day Care - and create special events to promote your unit in the community. You'll hire and develop your own staff, watch the budget, and inform the public of the products and services you can offer.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the efficient and profitable operation of a specialty unit
  • Participate in the hiring, disciplining and evaluation of the unit staff; provide training, direction and guidance for staff members
  • Create budgets and ensure their levels are not exceeded
  • Develop and maintain relationships with organizations and referral sources through personal visits; inform them of products, services and specialty unit availability
  • Develop and manage special events and presentations to promote the unit in the community.
  • Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in an office environment. Experience with A/R preferred. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all resident information to assure resident rights are protected.
  • Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented.
  • Skilled in the use of computers and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of billing and collection practices and techniques.

MUST BE AN RN, LPN OR HAVE BSW/MSW.
