•  Manage the overall efficient and profitable operation of the store.
•  Source, select and develop talent
•  Manage store staffing levels
•  Merchandising; schematics, plan-o-grams and recovery
•  Receiving and processing freight
•  Manage store's payroll budget
•  Promote store safety
•  Manage shrink reduction plans
•  Cash Management and Bank Deposit

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  18 years of age or older.
•  Some High School Education.
•  Minimum of 6 months store management experience.
•  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
•  Proven organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
•  Able to direct and perform all weekly delivery functions according to Company Guidelines.
•  Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs (occasionally up to 55lbs) with or without reasonable accommodation.
•  P&L knowledge a plus.
•  Previous management experience in retail, drug store, grocery, hard lines, fast food, variety or general merchandise preferred.
•  Proven reliability and high personal integrity.
