Description This position supports projects and day-to-day operations that analyze, monitor, and maintain master data elements and processes. Responsible for master data maintenance, data accuracy and supporting business processes ensuring total data quality. Provide analytics and reporting in support of the Data Management Organization. Mid-level analyst position with more than two years of experience in the business.

Position Responsibilities
  • Assists with master data maintenance in accordance with established service level agreements.
  • Collaborates closely with Business and ISS partners to support business needs.
  • Develops value added metrics to support process improvements.
  • Works with project partners to deliver master data solutions that are more efficient and effective.
  • Uses analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and to add value to master data processes.
  • Seeks opportunities to improve processes.
  • Documents policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Educates others on various aspects of master data and master data processes.
  • Monitors processes for compliance to established standards and process methodologies.
  • Develops reporting to assist with data quality and accuracy.
  • Monitors data against established standards to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ability to summarize and communicate information to different audiences.
  • Work independently to identify opportunities related to Master Data through analysis and develops and executes corrective actions.

    Position Qualifications
  • Bachelor�s degree in related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-4 years of related experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with Business and ISS organizations to effectively deliver tasks and projects on time and in a quality manner.
  • Solid understanding of ConAgra business processes and SAP. SAP SQVI preferred.
  • High sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of process and project management.
  • Successful track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in a fast changing environment.
