Description Eight positions available in an Outbound Call Center.

Seeking individuals who have experience with WEBINER and SEMINAR recruiting. As you will be making outbound calls for a campaign to get people registered for webiners and seminars.

There will also be campaigns that are calling for MARKET RESEARCH or LEAD GENERATION where you are talking with someone in the IT DEPARTMENT about their specific hardware/software.

We will contact you to come into our office in Clairemont to take 5 pre-qualifying tests.

This needs to be done the week of 11/2-11/6, as we have an interview time of Monday, 11/9/09 at 1PM-2PM. Start date of this position is Wednesday, November 11th at 7:30AM

Seeking motivated individuals.

Business-to-Business phone calls targeting technology contacts.

Approximately 150 outbound calls per day.

Lead Generation, Market Research, Data Gathering.

You will be required to meet daily production goals, which vary by project.

You are calling on behalf of technology companies (hardware/software related products).

You must be able to sound natural and conversational when reading scripted material.

You must be able to follow technology-related conversations and clarify the information given when necessary.

Be flexible. You will be required to call into different projects throughout the course of your employment.

You must be able to accept and apply feedback and direction from supervisors.

Requirements This is estimated to be a 6 month contract to start off with a STRONG possibility of going direct or continuing to be a long term contract.

Regular Schedule: Monday ¡V Friday, 8 hours per day. Flex start time between 6:00 am and 7:30 am.

Must be available to work a 40 hour week.

Required to pass a pre-employment screen.

We are actively seeking teleprospecting professionals with a proven skill set in delivering highly qualified sales leads to our technology clients. With minimal supervision, you will be tasked daily with completing business conversations with decision makers in order to achieve our clients marketing objectives. Successful candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in computer based data entry. Candidate must represent our clients professionally at all times while meeting individual performance, quality, behavior, and attendance standards.

The individuals selected will have prior outbound telemarketing experience with a demonstrated ability to data enter a minimum of 30 WPM. Position requires meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly goals. If you are capable of multi-tasking, able to work autonomously, and are confident in your ability to generate high quality sales ready leads, this may be the right position for you. Microsoft Office PC skills are highly desired.
