* all loads leave between 10 pm and 5 am - home between 9 am and 3 pm
* Pick Up Pay: $13.50
* Daily Min: $50 for 1 - 50 miles, $100 for over 50 miles
* 0 - 125 mi = 43 cpm; 126 - 200 mi = 42 cpm; 201 - 300 mi = 40 cpm;
301 - 400 mi = 38 1/2 cpm; 401 - 500 mi = 35 cpm, over 500 mi = 31 1/2 cpm
