Description COMPANY DRIVER INFORMATION
Run WI, IL Deliver dairy products to Dominick's (primarily) Chicago  Suburbs
Work 5 days/wk (sometimes 6) HOME DAILY
Off days rotated
Unload w/electric pallet jack, drop on dock or in cooler-no pallet break down/stocking shelves
Payday is every Friday and direct deposit is available

Training Pay $150/day
Ave pay: $1,000 to $1200 GROSS/WK
Driver Pay: 45 cpm
Stop Pay: $16.00/stop (average of 6-7 stops per load)
Drop/Hook Pay: N/A
Detention Pay: $16/hr after 1st hr
Shuttle Pay: N/A
Performance Pay: N/A
Orientation: Paid? $15/hr

Other Info:
* all start times between 2:00 am and 6am 

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES ONLY!!!

After 90 day probationary period:
* medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
