ELECTRONIC BANKING & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Full Time

No supervision but does provide personal and on-line training to customers and employees.

Experience: High school and three years financial institution experience with two years of it in deposits, operations, sales and support as it related to electronic or commercial cash management products and services.

This position performs internet business banking and card operations functions; acts as a liaison between Electronic Banking, Branch Administration and Bank staff by assisting with questions and/or research related to established policies and procedures. Also provides administrative, clerical and technical support to Branch Administration and Electronic Banking as well as first line support for customers and bank staff with regard to the banks deposit and electronic banking products and services.
