Support Center Supervisor
MTA is recruiting for a
Support Center Supervisor. to manage the day to day activities of a 24 x 7 support center operation.
Responsibilities include the hiring and discipline of staff and the implementation of the workforce development plan including: training, career development and succession planning to insure established standards are met. The Support Center Supervisor will also be responsible for providing adequate guidance, training and coaching to ensure that a high level of customer quality and experience is achieved.
A minimum of three years of experience in progressive technical support environment and a minimum five years of Internet and PC experience with advanced knowledge and understanding of networking and personal computer hardware is required. Additionally, a minimum of three years in a previous leadership role or direct supervisory position is highly preferred. This includes a strong knowledge in the principles and operations of computer systems and related peripheral equipment.
