JOB TITLE: Senior HR Analyst - Compensation
LOCATION: System-wide Human Resources Office in Fairbanks, Alaska
SALARY: Grade 80, DOE
REQ #: 0058384

Job Purpose: Located in the System-wide Human Resources Office in Fairbanks, this position provides senior HR professional support to system wide compensation and classification programs (faculty, executive, staff, student and temporary). Salary review and analysis; classification system maintenance; policy and procedure review and development; and comp/class training for other HR professionals, supervisors and managers.

Requirements: Requires min 3 yrs progressively responsible HR professional experience, including compensation and classification. Demonstrated knowledge of class/comp systems, relational databases, statistical methods/analysis. Advanced knowledge of MS Access & Excel. Excellent analytical/problem resolution skills; written/oral communication, public presentation & customer service skills. Masters degree, PHR, CCP desirable.
