Description:

  

  • This position is for a "Recruiter" who will be "Cold Calling" from a list of applicants or applications each and everyday on healthcare professionals throughout the United States.
  • The ideal candidate will be a person who is a "Go Getter" and someone who wants to come in, work hard, make a lot of calls and get promoted into Sales within the first year to year and a half. 
  • This is "NOT" an HR position, this is for a sales driven person!
  • Use recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
  • Call and evaluate candidate's qualifications compared with client's requirements by screening, and interviewing the candidate.
  • Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.
  • Schedule candidates to meet the clients needs.
  • Work with the Recruiting Manager to target high demand areas.
  • Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment.
  • Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
  • Maintain relationships with contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads for the Sales Manager.

Requirements
  • Preferred previous experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry
  • Have the ability to multitask, make a lot of outbound calls and a competitive drive to move up into Sales.
  • Be available for work before/after typical office hours as work may demand.
  • Possess strong written and English communication skills
  • Be Familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email applications)
  • Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
