Job Description:
Building on a long history of offering specialized care for heart and lung disorders, the Heart & Lung Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center's provides a comprehensive approach to the prevention, treatment and research of cardiac and pulmonary diseases. Offering highly specialized cardiovascular and pulmonary care for every age, from newborns to adults our continuing excellence in cardiothoracic medicine is reflected in our expert physicians who are board certified in cardiology, cardiovascular medicine, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology and thoracic and cardiovascular surgery. Proud to be part of the Heart & Lunch Institute, the Thoracic Telemetry unit features, 18 private beds (all monitored) with a nurse to patient ratio of 1:4 while providing exceptional care to a patient population of post lung transplant, thoracic and esophageal surgical patients.
Join us now as we are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for night shift to coordinate, supervise and implement patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. The Registered Nurse is expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description.

AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact

BCLS certification and resuscitation level
certificate as appropriate to assigned
department.
PREFERRED SKILLS
RN – 2 yrs preferred
Transplant or strong Tele or Surgical exp are preferred
