TEMPORARY PHARMACISTS NEEDED

WE ARE LOOKING FOR FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME PHARMACIST TO WORK IN A LARGE MAIL ORDER FACILITY.

Title: Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

Participate in the preparation of prescriptions via a highly automated system
Review filled prescriptions for accuracy
Meet designated productivity rates
Interact with fellow health care team member
Assure compliance with legal requirements
We need pharmacist that can work in Dr. Call, Dispensing, and Failed Claims Depts.

Requirements

Education & Training:

Bachelors or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited pharmacy school.

Active pharmacy license in Arizona

Ability to participate in federal prescription programs.

Computer System knowledge

Phone operation knowledge

Minimum of 5 years experience in mail order and/or retail setting.

Competencies:

Candidates must exhibit strong professional communication skills

A potential candidate should have ease in duty flexibility and be able to quickly change from one task to another.

Have an understanding of multi-state pharmacy laws

Low level leadership skills. Ability to work with a team of pharmacists and guide techs.

Ability to utilize time in an efficient manner, in certain instances under critical time limitations.

Ability to evaluate appropriateness of dosage, directions, therapy, and DUR.

Self directed but also work well with a group.

WE WILL PAY FOR MILEAGE FOR UP TO 150 MILES

Work Schedule:

·         Candidates must be available to work flexible scheduling

·         Sunday through Saturday with Holidays as business needs arise.

·         Overtime available.
