Description STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: Responsible for handling all incoming orders through telephone calls in an accurate, fast, and friendly manner to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collect order information from customers via telephone and accurately enter information into computer via mouse or keyboard. Maintain service standards related to order speed, accuracy and customer satisfaction. Continually expand knowledge of menu items and business processes for handling customer orders. Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements : Must be at least 18 years of age. Will be asked for proof of age. Good verbal communications skills. Ability to provide a distraction-free, quiet, ergonomically appropriate workspace in the home during all work hours. Travel to the Storefront/satellite location for occasional training or meetings. Maintain confidentiality in all cases. Background check may be required. High School Diploma/GED is required.
