The Cost Accountant is responsible for performing cost accounting and service line analysis for the hospital.  This position will maintain the cost accounting system by updating new procedures on a quarterly and annual basis.  Also performs profitability analysis, revenue analysis and works closely with the chargemaster.  The Cost Accountant will be charged with developing strong relationships with departmental leaders to assist with their needs.

Requirements
The qualities we are looking for in a Cost Accountant are:
- Bachelors Degree in related field is required.  
- Minimum of 3 years of Hospital Cost Accounting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, articulate speaking skills and team-oriented attitude are required.
