Due to continued growth and expansion, we currently have an excellent opportunity for a MANAGEMENT TRAINEE in Boone, NC.
We perform Complete Automotive Service on all makes and models…from oil changes, brakes and alignment maintenance to computer diagnostics and heavy mechanical. We have the “One Stop Shop" for our customers. We currently employ some of the BEST technicians in the industry and provide technician specific factory training. We currently employ over 55 ASE Certified Technicians!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn the hands-on basics of automotive care, change oil and tires.
- Learn the products and services offered by Clark Tire.
- Communicate with customers and employees.
- Complete required training program.
- Cross train in all areas of our business.
- Work alongside the store manager.
- Assist store manager in hiring and management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED. (Some college a plus.)
- Valid Driver's License.
- Strong Work Ethic.
- Drive and Determination.
- Be able to communicate effectively.
- Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs.
- Pass a Criminal, Credit and Motor Vehicle Check.
- Pass Drug Screen and Physical.
