Teller - Part Time
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Applies customer service skills learned through training to exceed customer expectations
- Exhibits behaviors which add value and instill customer loyalty
- Presents a positive image to customers and employees
- Participates in teller referral promotions
- Identifies sales opportunities and makes referrals supporting the branch sales efforts
- Processes transactions
- Uses judgment when verifying transactions and determines when further review by supervisor is required
- Balances all credits and debits daily
- Assist with Branch Daily operations
- Adherence to policies and controls to maintain acceptable teller differences, operational losses, teller errors and security violations.
- Processes or exceeds the amount targeted amount of teller transaction per hour
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3-6 months of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Must have PC computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Internet
- Requires basic math skills
- Positive and professional, sales and customer oriented go-getters are welcome
