COMPANY
Home healthcare department of medical services provider seeks Service Scheduler for the Baden office.

POSITION
This person coordinates the scheduling of home health aides and nurses for home visits:
• Creates schedules according to patient needs and staff availability in the computer system
• Notifies patients and employees of the schedule
• Handles cancellations, and changes to the schedule
• Calls around to fill the schedule
• Verifies timesheets against time system and enters information into the payroll system
• Verification and entry of billing information
• Reports to the Director of Private Duty

Work schedule for this position is Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm. Compensation of $11.00 per hour. Benefits are offered to the successful employee.

Requirements • Strong customer skills. Ability to talk to medical staff and patients in a calm, clear, confident, helpful and professional way
• Ability to respond appropriately to call offs with urgency and diplomacy
• Ability to prioritize and organize own work
• Friendly, calm and patient person
• Must be eager to learn and follow instruction
• Attention detail and accurate data entry skills
• Ability to navigate in Windows
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
