Description The Registerd Nurse Functions as a primary nurse or case manager in providing direct patient care and services in the home care setting to a cross section of patients of all ages. Responsibilities include proficiency in physical assessment, health care teaching and appropriate intervention in accordance with prescribed standards of nursing. Population served: diverse population of all ages residing in Dutchess County.

Requirements Associates degree in Nursing with a minimum of 2 years recent medical surgical experience in an acute setting plus current license to practice professional nursing in New York State and valid NYS driver's license required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
