Job Description
Classification: Temporary
Compensation: $65000 to $70000 per year
OfficeTeam currently has a need for a Human Resources Manager in the Cortland, NY area. As a Human Resources Manager for our client you will be responsible for coordinating with the Corporate Director of Human Resources, giving consideration to corporate policy, and compliance with fair employment practices and governmental regulations. Other responsibilities will include participating with the Staff Management Team in the development of organizational strategy and personnel; coach and counsel plant manager and other team members regarding effective techniques for solving problems and building organizational capability, as well as, ensure that the company complies with applicable federal, state and corporate guidelines, such as: - EEO- OSHA- Policy Administration- ERISAYou will also be supervising direct reports in satisfying internal customers in benefits administration, training and development, employee relations, and plant staffing. Job Requirements
