Seeking experienced talented, money-motivated individuals who are looking to build upon a career in sales. Our B2B inside sales professionals are responsible for selling web-based solutions to small- medium sized companies over the telephone. As an Inside Sales Professional you will take a consultative selling approach to understanding the business needs and then matching it to the appropriate solution. The ideal candidate will possess intellect, enthusiasm, great people skills and the ability to articulate a value proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and exceeding individual sales quota goals.
- Calling on prospects (warm leads) and conducting tailored, web-based presentations over the phone to showcase our regional product line.
- Gathering data and actively listening to prospective customers by using consultative sales methods to fully understand their business, uncover their problems, and identify needs.
- Drive revenue by identifying the business need, offering appropriate value proposition, create urgency, and close business over the phone.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve/exceed monthly sales quota.
- Think strategically to create and deliver product and pricing solutions that provide value to the businesses bottom line.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year proven B2B sales experience
- Experience with technology and Internet deployed services
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in use of GoldMine CRM
