Responsibilities include:
- Making 100 plus calls per day on assigned portfolio.
- Collect on delinquent consumer accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements.
- Process payment authorization via telephone.
- Maintain records and ability to work through customer disputes.
- Skip-trace accounts according to established practices.
- Work accounts on auto dialer as deemed necessary.
- Obtain maximum dollars collected and other performance standards each month.
- Handle high volume/large balance accounts.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 year Consumer collections.
Knowledge of FDCPA and state/federal laws concerning collections.
PC knowledge including MS Outlook.
Heavy phone experience.
Experience with Live VOX dialer.
Prior experience in working high volume consumer accounts.
Strong work ethics and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
Meet or exceed quality standards.
Compliance with Company policy and procedures.
Ability to work as a team member.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
