Reynolds and Reynolds develops applications and systems software for a wide variety of environments including multi-tier, client/server applications, browser-based applications, mobile applications and embedded systems.  Developers are responsible for business specific analysis, technical design, coding and testing of their own projects. We have several entry-level positions developing cutting edge software systems and applications. These positions require intelligent, self-motivated developers who would enjoy working in an individual office environment. The training for this position consists of a series of projects and, during training, each new developer will have a mentor who is assigned to guide them through the training process.  The training projects are designed to expose each new programmer to the basic elements of our coding environments; they start simple and increase in complexity as foundational knowledge grows.

• Bachelor's degree or graduate from a Technical school with classroom experience in programming languages and other project work is a plus
• Strong desire & aptitude for programming              
• Must be project, goal and detail oriented                              
• High attention to detail                         
• Able to work in isolated, quiet environment with no customer contact
