We are currently looking to fill a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator position at our Retama Manor long term care facility in Rio Grande City, TX.

 

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available!!!

 

The leader of this facility will provide support to all departments ensuring the quality of care and services provided to the residents. The facility provides all types of payor services. Medicare, Medicaid and HMO experience is required. A hands-on style and community based approach is essential to success. The position requires an ability to manage the operation through financial objectives while maintaining service and quality of care.
