JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

 

To treat all residents/patients referred by the OTR and licensed physician. To maintain effective communication with facility/agency staff, residents/patients, families, and management.

Qualification Standards, Education, and Work Experience:

Graduate of an accredited school

Holds valid state license

Previous experience in long term care preferable
