Yoh has a contract opportunity for an
Empower Technical Consultant to join our customer in Ridgefield, CT.
Job Duties:
- Position is responsible for providing baseline technical support of Empower application and other Chromatography applications.
- Duties include assisting IT personnel with routine troubleshooting techniques, and resolve and track user issues.
- Candidate must also work with the software vendors in addressing custom code.
- Other duties include supporting implementation of Empower chromatography application during deployment phases at other operating units.
- Knowledge of LIMS (Labware) applications would also be desirable.
- Site Application Support to troubleshoot business process and system functionality.
- Local account administration activities which involves ensuring appropriate training is completed prior to account creation; granting appropriate access and security
- Escalate critical system issues to appropriate support group and vendors.
- Develop change control documentation, perform testing, implementing and maintaining the system in a state of control
