Purpose:
We have a 13 week travel assignment for a Therapy Program Director, DOR for a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The Program Director candidate must be a licensed PT or OT. The start date can be as early as December 1. The position requires about 50% - 60% of their time to b e doing treatments and the remaining time will be management responsibilities such at attending the daily stand up meeting with the IDT. We have a staff PT and OT on the floor therefore the Program Director will not be the solo therapist to provide the evaluations for their relevant discipline.



Location: Visalia, CA

Start date: December

End date: 13 week contract Guaranteed 40 hours weeks

Discipline: Therapy Program Director (management opportunity) PT or OT * possible permanent placement after the first travel assignment is completed
