We currently have openings for Full Time and Per Visit Physical Therapists in Oxford.

Daily responsibilities include:

• The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patient's level of function and developing an appropriate plan of care for patients in their home environment
• Ensures that Branch and Agency standards, policies, procedures and protocols, and goals and objectives are achieved.
• Delegates appropriate patient care responsibilities to PTA and Home Health Aides, patient, and family members in the care of the patient
• Responsible for accurate completion of Oasis documentation
