Job Description

Experience: Possession of a valid, CA RN license. Bachelor's degree in related field. Significant relevant experience (beyond required experience) may be substituted for education requirement. 3 or more years of utilization management/case management in a health care delivery setting. Experience in HMO or managed care setting preferred. 3 years or more of supervisory experience required. Possession of a valid CA driver's license

Job Requirements

Knowledge/Skills: Thorough knowledge of state and federal requirements including CMS, DHCS, DMHC and NCQA standards. Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Healthy Kids, and Medicare managed care. Effective written and oral communication skills: ability to establish and maintain a constructive relationship with diverse members, mangement, employees and vendors.
