Filler Operator/Production Riverside, CA 5/22/2013 Save Job Sign in Now >> Email Print Report Apply Now Job Description POSITION TITLE: Filler Operator DEPARTMENT: PRODUCTION POSITION PURPOSE: To Operate Filler Machine AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Operate filler in a safe and efficient manner. Must maintain a clean workstation during CIP and Production. Know all change overs related to machine. Maintain Oxonia concentration within specifications. Maintain proper operation of filler valves and weights. Complete production paperwork thoroughly and correctly. Comply with GMP and SOP and all other company requirements. WORK RELATIONSHIPS: Must be able to work well with Heritage supervision, also work well with co-workers and always maintain a positive attitude. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to read and write English. Ability to use automated systems. Ability to gather and analyze information and arrive at a sound conclusion. Knowledge of quality control principles and practices. Knowledge of State and Federal dairy processing regulations. Knowledge of standard food industry process Ability to use time clock. Ability to work independently and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Must be forklift, pallet jack and High lift certified. Job Requirements Requirements PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to lift 15 lbs- 100 lbs. Must be able to get in various areas around the plant. Environment: production/warehouse This is a union position and you must join the union to work here.
