HCSS software a plus Job Requirements ESTIMATOR HEAVY CIVIL WASTE WATER Minimum 10 years of related experience, in estimating Heavy Civil, Dams, Hydro WWTP. Experience in both hard bid estimating, as well as design/build and conceptual estimating is a plus. Ability to accurately and efficiently estimate construction costs of site preparation, earthwork, excavation and backfill for foundations, site utility and yard process piping, site improvements and all other site work associated with heavy civil construction projects Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction management or other related field or equivalent combination of technical training and /or related experience.
