Develops and implements Activity Therapy groups andCrisis Counselor-Mifflin/Juniata/
services to patients as well as conduct individual assessments.
Must possess knowledge of occupational or recreational
therapy concepts and have true interpersonal skills to interact
effectively with patients and other treatment team members.
A Bachelor* Degree in a human service related field with a
certification/licensure in Recreational Therapy (C.T.R.S.) or a
Master's Degree in Recreational Therapy. Art Therapy, Music
Therapy, or Occupation Therapy. 1-year experience working
in a psychiatric setting also preferred. Some evenings and
weekend shifts required. *Position may be filled at 32 hour or
40 hour work week.
Counselor will triage and follow up on phone/mobile crisisClinical Coordinator-Wraparound
intervention and emergency services. Counselors are
professional, empathetic, assertive, detail-oriented and will
engage individuals in verbal de-escalation, crisis resolution
and suicide risk assessment and prevention. Minimal of a
Bachelor's degree or license with a human service emphasis
Zero to one (1) year experience in mental health direct care.
Paid on-call per diem positions, evening, overnight and
weekend coverage needed.
Coordinator will provide mobile therapy for a caseload
of Wraparound clients. Must have a Master's degree in a
Human Service related field and at least one-year experience
providing therapy to children and families. Knowledge and
experience providing a variety of interventions including
individual therapy, family systems, and behavior modification
techniques. Full-time, benefit eligible position.
