Job Description
CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is a multispecialty public accounting firm, nationally recognized for our specialized expertise focused on privately held companies and their owners. We are the largest accounting firm, and the only top-10 firm, with that primary focus. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Information Technology Services Team in or Madison or Minneapolis office.
Summary -Under the direction of the Infrastructure Systems Team Lead or other Leadership personnel, the Senior Analyst manages the enterprise systems infrastructure for the firm. Responsibilities include: managing enterprise systems, managing key infrastructure applications, analyzing performance and capacity data, and ensures environments are highly secured through implementation of technologies that aligns with business practices. Selects, develops, integrates, and implements system management applications for infrastructure components. Project management skills are required.
Senior Network Analyst Responsibilities - Planning, Design and Implementation of Enterprise Systems (Windows Servers, Virtual Servers, SAN attached) in a high-availability environment - Performs maintenance and support of systems infrastructure, including hardware and software installations - Provides advanced Planning, Design and Implementation of key infrastructure applications (Exchange, Collaboration, SQL DB, Secure FTP, Citrix, Virtual Systems, Storage Systems) - Provides leadership in technical standards, security standards and operational assurance - Provides advanced knowledge in design and architecture to business and technology projects - Monitors performance and security issues and maintain established SLA's - Schedules and performs hardware/software upgrades and changes - Provides support to associated IT groups and business associates - Interfaces with key vendors - Participates in 7x24 On-Call Support Rotation - Researches trends and remains current in technology for infrastructure, systems and solutions
Project Team Participation Responsibilities - Approaches all problems and projects with a high level of professionalism, objectivity and an open mind to new ideas and solutions. - Analyzes and identifies areas where automation can be used in the deployment of new technology to support effective resource management.
Other Administrative Responsibilities - Communicates with other team members and customers. - Manages time and expense reporting for self in accordance with LarsonAllen standards. - Contributes to LarsonAllen's continual process improvement. - Develops and maintains quality relationships with appropriate vendor technical resources. - Performs other duties as may be reasonable and necessary. - Takes ownership of career development through self-assessment and self-improvement. - Works with leadership to develop continuous self-learning plan and to match skills, interests and values to opportunities that exist within the firm.

Education -Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in an IT related field.
Experience -A minimum of 5 years experience in planning, design and implementation role, architecting and implementing high-availability infrastructure technologies in a Microsoft server environment. -Minimum of 3 years experience in storage virtualization and virtual systems management. Experience with VMWare preferred.
Other Qualifications -Ability to travel when required.
