High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of experience in performing detailed sales or customer service administrative activities in a fast paced environment, preferably in a Sales, Food, Beverage and Hospitality industry with food service related experience preferred. Ability to follow oral and written directions. Knowledge and ability to apply modern office procedures. Computer literacy and skill in use of other modern office equipment. Skill in developing successful working relations with superiors, peers, and subordinates. Great customer service skills and ability to develop rapport with repeat clientele. Become ServSafe certified within first year of service and maintain certification as required.
Must be able to deal tactfully in customer contacts and analyze situations accurately in order to identify the necessary dissemination of information to the Catering Manager. Must possess a valid California Driver’s license.
