 Description  Position Overview: 

 

  • Prepares reports and presentations. 

  • Interacts with all levels of employees.

  • Communicating with management and with customers.

 

  • Performs general clerical duties including typing, filing, copying and faxing correspondence. Manages schedules, sets meetings, accepts and places telephone calls, and prepares expense reports.

 

  • Coordinates travel. Assists Sales Managers with sales promotions.

 

  • Communicates pertinent information to sales force.

 

  • Maintains sales performance metrics and documentation relative to Company goals and objectives.
 Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of one year previous experience in a supervisory role in a retail sales function.

 

  • Minimum of two years experience performing retail sales duties in a fast paced retail environment.

 

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

 

  • Previous experience coordinating multiple projects. 

 

  • Composes correspondence to internal and external customers on behalf of the Sales Manager

 

  • High School Diploma or GED

 

  • 2 year degree in business or related field.
