 Description We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a 12 month contract with our direct client.  This resource will be responsible for the following:
  • Work with clients and technical team to plan, conduct and analyze complex business problems.
  • Be able to identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that solve these problems.
  • Be able to develop system test plans and test scripts
  • Act as internal liason between technology and business groups.
 Requirements

Qualifications of the successful candidate include:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in analysis and design of business systems.
  • Participate in the resolution of complex issues.
  • Lead team in defining system requirements for projects.
  • Works effectively with senior management in developing solutions for complex system issues.
  • Able to write and present requirements for projects.
  • Experience using ClearQuest tool

Following skills are a definite plus:

  • Project management knowledge (being a PM is not required)
  • Previous financial or mortgage industry experience
