Proposals and Contracts Coordinator
Assists in coordinating, scheduling, pricing and negotiation discussions in preparation of project bid proposals.
Consolidates information from all proposals to satisfy client requests; coordinates with other company members to support to facilitate proposals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Updates, reviews, refines and implements documents and procedures and inbound tenders when required. Reviews and prepares all contents for major bid proposal documentation.
Works with Commercial Director to plan, coordination, facilitate and expedite a complete bid process for quotations and proposals. Manages deadlines for schedule prepared. Supports interface with CRM.
Responsible for attending proposal meetings, assisting with tasks and setting deadlines, tracking progress and compiling data.
Establishes and maintains ( doc control) all legal documents / contracts and record system in compliance with company policies.
Responsible for proofing of documents.
Develops and improves automated forms and programs to standardize and improve the efficiency of the quotations process.
