Job Description

 

Full Time Certified Technical Support Reps (Work at Home)

Qualified candidates must be well versed in resolving all common computer problems including viruses, malware, slow performance, errors, email client set up, software installation and configuration, wireless networks and peripheral problems.

 

Candidates must have great communication, troubleshooting and problem solving skills along with recent technical support experience.

 

Positions are Full Time, $14

Job Requirements

 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Qualified candidates MUST HAVE a minimum of one IT Certification;
MSDT, A+, NET+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP
