Description Wells Fargo Audit Services is seeking a talented individual to fill a Senior Audit manager position focused on Basel Compliance. Ideally this position would be located in San Francisco, Minneapolis or Charlotte, but any city with a Wells Fargo audit office would be considered.

This individual will lead an audit team focused on assessing Basel compliance. Ideal candidate demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Basel II Rules, ICAAP and capital planning. This individual provides advice and offers credible challenge to internal clients regarding the implications on the internal control environment of business trends, issues, operating and regulatory environment changes and firm or business unit strategies. A strong candidate will demonstrate professionalism and organizational savvy during regular contact with executive management, regulators, peers within the company and externally, and professional organizations. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key senior business managers, including Operating & Management Committee members, will be key to success in this position.

Key functions of this position include:

Demonstrating subject matter expertise in the areas of Basel, stress testing and/or capital planning.
Working across organizational lines and modeling the "One Wells Fargo" mind set.
Professionally cultivating relationships with external regulators to clearly articulate our audit approach and results.
Ability to create, manage and maintain a high performing geographically dispersed team of 8-12 individuals, while providing effective coaching and team member development.
Consistently demonstrating the ability to go above and beyond expectations.
Driving for superior results and quality.
