Our client is currently seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional who has a go-getter attitude.
1) Manage administrative duties, prepare sales budgets and reports, maintain sales records and prepare price quotes
2) Participate in division activities in order to promote sales, increase product knowledge and maintain good customer relations
3) Ensure for monthly, quarterly and yearly new business, revenue and solution line goals
4) Maintain opportunity management tools and techniques to manage territory, team effectively and exceed goals
5) Conduct food shows, sales meetings and operator product trainings where require
6) Develop account intelligence to assist in the development of accurate sales volume forecasts for the territory
7) Oversee research customer business needs and develop mix of products and service to meet needs
8) Ensure for market conditions, product innovations and competitor's products, prices and sales, share information with customers as part of value-added services
9) Design and communicate all customer specific retail objectives to the retail sales team
10) Develop and grow sales in all segments of business that are associated with the territory
