SAP Delivery HCM Payroll Analyst

This is a full time, direct hire, on site position, no contracts, no remote work!

This position is responsible for design, build, and implementation of solutions for business units in SAP:

Provide level 3 SAP functional support

Responsible for detailed requirements gathering and documentation of new/existing RICEFs

Prepare and deliver training materials for new solutions delivered to the business/end users

Develop functional and technical specifications and other documentation for audit purposes

Support the BI/BW team in delivering reporting solutions

Work with the Web Applications/Middleware team in integration projects

Recommend new solutions for business processes

Requirements:

U.S. Citizen or current Green Card holder

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Logistics

5+ years experience with SAP, including configuration/support

2+ full life-cycle implementations including post Go-Live support

Detailed global functional experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration

Integration of HCM Payroll to other SAP modules such as FI/CO

Time Entry, Time Management, Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Management, etc.

Experience with ASAP / RunSAP methodology

Experience developing training material, test plans, and functional/technical specifications

Exposure to other SAP related products such as Financial Supply Chain Management, Travel and Expense Management, and etc.  a plus

ABAP coding a plus

BI/BW knowledge a plus

ECC 6.0 a plus

ITIL certification a plus

Fluent in multiple languages a plus
